If anyone or any family has (attempted to) travel Southwest the last few days (and upcoming) my sympathy is with you. After waiting in a line for 10.5 hours in Baltimore I was luckily able to book the only non cancelled flight home to St. Louis yesterday or else I would’ve been stranded until January. Biggest meltdown in airline history.
