Got a speeding ticket, first one in about 20 years, and a pretty big one. 31 miles over the limit. May have been going faster. FWIWW my neighbor had called and said my dog had gotten out and running around the neighborhood, near a busy street, Turns out my dog was safely inside and sound asleep when I got home, so wrong dog sited.
Took the ticket by Traffic law center and even with my clean record they wanted $500 to get it reduced. Seams like alot to have some lawyer make a 2 min phone call.
So going going to shop this next week. Anyone have any experience with this or know of someone more reasonable or is this the going rate. Any help is appreciated.
