Couple of ideas.
First, you have to move the north endzone in closer to the field. You may need to chop off half of the northeast and northwest stands to do so but It's got to be closer, like the south endzone is.
Second, you have to find a way to enclose the noise. The east and west stands are too far away and fan out too much. The angle to the field is too steep. Need something like what Washington has to keep the noise in the stadium. What Washington has is a bit ugly, but something similar.
