3-4 years is what he needs...give it to him. After all, Mizzou is a middling program & not a blue blood. We are not Kentucky, Duke, Wisconsin or Michigan State. We aren't even kansas or Iowa State or Arkansas.
We are Iowa, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia. Programs that basketball is an afterthought. That's what we are.
