Missouri (21-8, 9-7; NET: 49, SOS: 37): The Tigers’ predictive metrics are really weird: 65 in BPI, 53 in KenPom, 54 in Sagarin. Their strength of record, meanwhile, is 18th. Their results are great, and the committee will absolutely care more about that than about the weird outputs you get when you have too many single-digit wins over Quadrant 4 cupcakes, but we’re holding off on locking Mizzou in case of disaster at LSU and home to Ole Miss this week. Assuming Missouri doesn’t lose both of those games, it’ll be fine, bad metrics and all.
