to the playoff...
Louisville's loss may have opened a small crack for Missouri to be in the conversation if the following happen - which are not that out of the realm of possible.
Assume Georgia beats Alabama.
Washington beats Oregon
FSU loses to either Florida or Louisville
Texas loses to OSU in Big XII Championship
Georgia is in.
Michigan is in.
Washington is in.
The fourth spot is the only one slightly open.
Texas is out with a loss.
Alabama is out with a loss.
Oregon would be out with a loss.
FSU would be out with one loss and their starting QB out.
Mizzou probably doesn't jump Ohio State, but they would be in the conversation. Maybe more so if Iowa can keep it close against Michigan. Yes, unlikely, but the ACC out of the picture makes this at least on the edge of possible.
