UPDATE 10:09 PM: Just received the following text from a reliable source familiar with the situation: "It's true. J3 is transferring." This source did not want his name used, but combined with other information throughout the night, I'm comfortable saying he will announce he is transferring when he is ready to make a public announcement.
Multiple sources have indicated J3 may be transferring from Missouri. His father told me he had not talked to J3 today. Later, in a text message, he said, "He will let everyone know his decision very soon. Sorry, sir, that's all I have for now."
Gary Parrish just tweeted J3 is considering transferring and we have heard the same from multiple sources.
I will not report a transfer is done until we hear it from the kid, his dad or his coach. But I have had many people tell me they do not believe J3 will return. But again, his dad said that hasn't been decided yet. Other sources have also told us it is not 100%.
