There are usually stats on everything. Has anyone seen if there are stats on how many targeting calls individual officiating crews call per game/season? I've seen lots of complaints about the Ole Miss game and I was curious if it was poor tackling (I didn't see the game) or if it was a crew that has a reputation for calling it. I think it might be interesting to see if certain crews call it more than others. I like the idea to protect players, but I know there are always a bagillion complaints about if it was the right call or not. Random Thursday thoughts.
