Compromise....it can happen, but you must commit to two years of service to your country and complete those two years satisfactorily.
Actually we already have this...called the GI Bill...but I am talking about options other than military...whatever we might deem that to be.
Wonder how many would be willing? I am guessing many would not. They just want the free stuff.
