With BLM occupying everyone's attention right now, I wanted to shine a spotlight on Chinese-American and Fordham University senior Austin Tong. Austin posted this in commemoration of the thousands of students injured and killed in China's Tiananmen Square on June 4th, 1989 (#198964). Clearly, his post contrasts the powerlessness of a disarmed populace in China with that of a 2nd Amendment protected populace in the United States.

He's since been banned from campus; accused of a hate crime, disturbing the peace, and inciting violence. Furthermore, while not expelled, in order to graduate he must complete a host of coercive tasks such as writing a forced apology letter to the university and taking a course on inherent bias from the university's director of diversity. This is pure intimidation by the university while holding hostage his degree.

Unfortunately, through three pages of Google search results, I couldn't find anything other than conservative-leaning news outlets covering this, so I'm unable to provide a report from a liberal MSM organization.

Thank goodness we have an age old civil rights organization willing to stick up for poor, alienated Asian-Americans just like Austin. #YLM
