I love it and so do the students. What a weird complaint.
Why?
People seem to respond to it. Isn't that the point?
The music should be geared toward the students. Alumni will follow their energy.
I didn't like it at first but it's grown on me. I'm on team Tommy Trumpet.

Say what you want - but even the TV commentators were commenting about the MIZZOU crowd noise on 3rd down. Overall game crowd was impressive on tv - game was on the huge main screen at the casino where I was (Cali) - and the crowd looked damn good! Whatever jacks the students - keep it!
I would bet that it was UGA’s ear worm all night last night. And that’s a good thing.

I hated 3rd down for what that year as well. But it's a very good thing if your opposing fans hate your third down song

if they’re going to get rid of anything it’s the beeping noise when the visiting team gets a penalty on offense. It’s overdone in sports and thought last night it was too loud and lasted too long.

I can’t stand the trumpet, it is so weak. Not a pump up 3rd down defensive stand song. It’s horribly out of place
I thought the trumpets were great, but anything that’s not DJ Beats yelling “Get your keys out” is good with me…

Sounds like your section needs to be louder on third down. Our section was so loud we barely heard it
