the Mizzou NCAA penalty, is about to blow over in the next 24-48 hours. It's a standard news cycle. Mizzou is doing a good job of keeping it in front of people (see Sterk on St. Louis radio), but the truth is unless something else happens, it will soon be forgotten as another NCAA mistake. That something else HAS to be a group forming to discuss HOW to replace the NCAA.
So if your still pissed.... as I am, the corporate lawyers on the board need to take a lead here and help US, figure out how to get this rolling. Enlisting Jon Sundvold's help is a start.
The NCAA NEEDS to know their existence is at stake before they will back off, and for all the yelping, replacing an institution of this magnitude is no easy chore.... or it would have been done already.
