NCAA basketball has integrity issues and has really gone downhill with the "One and Done" rule that depletes talent and has resulted in poorer quality basketball. To have a Nationally televised game on CBS where officiating was so poor that Seth Davis spent his opening post-game thought talking about phantom calls, doesn't help a sport with a huge black eye from the Addidas scandal.
If the talent and quality is down on the athletic side, the NCAA needs to increase the quality of officiating and get more calls right with review. Otherwise, its headed for obscurity.
