It's obviously hard to quantify. But if a 3-year starter at QB has:
... a losing overall record
... only a couple wins over P5 teams with winning records
... zero wins over a Top 25 team, let alone a Top 10-15 team.
... I think we can all agree they don't have the essential "it" factor!
And it's hard to fathom that an NFL team would waste a 1st round pick on a guy who doesn't have "it".
