Yes, he was armed, but clearly he wasn’t in a mental condition to assimilate police commands. His hands were above his head and the gun is barely dangling from two fingers. Fucking maimed that old man in front of his grandson. This LEO won’t be charged or convicted, but he should be. It was wholly unnecessary to shoot at that moment in time.
