2.Has the player rotation of a junior high team
3.Recruits player like Vanleer who clearly cannot play at this level
4.Refuses to hold officials accountable for poor calls
5.Players lack fundamentals (did you see Deangelo Allen Screen)
6.His offense is non-existent
