Going over Gates top wins while at Mizzou

If I go to the games, I always have to let it sit overnight or I think I’ll rank them too high. I really really wanted to almost put this at #3 because of how nervous I was before the game. I decided it slots just below Kentucky at #6. This game isn’t that huge if you don’t have 1-5 before this. What an awesome win, I mean really we’ve had some fun fun wins this year. We came into this game knowing we needed it, and grinded out a sloppy win. Something we were worried if we could do this year. I thought Msst was actually a good team, and definitely a stylistic problem for us but we still found a way. The SEC is definitely underrated imo. How this team responds still continues to amaze me. (We had our first flip btw, Vanderbilt jumped LSU for the last spot)
Side note, again I can’t say enough on Dennis Gates. He just all around gets it, if you don’t think that guy can coach then probably just quit watching. He is changing that place, and he has shown we didn’t have to go through what we did. I’ve been to six games this year, I probably went to six games the past 8 years. I’m not intentionally doing that, and yeah I have a little more disposable income, but DG, the team, and the athletic department are making decisions that are making people want to come back. Fans were ready to support them, if you give us a competent Coach/Program we’ll be there. Still bittersweet the era I had to endure as my fandom was born but I’ll just appreciate what we have now.
I might again play Mike Kelly’s radio call on repeat and make love to my ol’ lady. I’ll see you fellas later.
