Why did TSF pick the most antiquated, unreliable, manpower intensive form of communication for parking requests? It is completely untrackable until a payment is processed. They don't show my request and what I get is " it's probably here but we're swamped. Don't worry." it's tailgating, I'm going to worry. This method was not well thought out. Can anyone convince me that this was the best way?
