Baker said tackling was the difference between first two drives and the rest of the game.

He said it was deja vu of the K state game and that he told them everything they did wrong in the first two drives was correctable.

He was proud of the chaos the team caused (12 TFLs, four sacks, forced fumbles).

He said there was no difference on how the defense reacted against Kansas State than Auburn because they locked up K State for a while too.

He said it's a feel thing when he switches to the 5-2. The 5-2 is a run-stuffing defense designed to load up the box. They went to that defense down double digits vs. K-State and Auburn and the team has gotten dramatically better defensively when they do that. This is just a nugget I've noticed.

He said that UGA QB Stetson is one of the smartest QBs they'll prob play this season.

Baker said that UGAs TEs are nightmare matchups. He said Brock Bowers running a jet sweep is only something he's seen from the KC Chiefs (someone find this clip because I need to see Kelce run a jet sweep).

UGA D.C. Glenn Schumann's dad was Blake Baker's defensive coordinator

Baker thinks Dameon Wilson answered the bell. He was calling the defense and showing up.

He said Kristian WIlliams is a stud and is more than a surprise. He said you won't find a nicer guy off the field but that he's a monster.

Baker said goal is to improve and he doesn't know if they are ahead or behind schedule but that he's impressed with how they've played and that last week was their first complete game.

He said Daylan Carnell has done a nice job and has a nice skillset. Calls him fast and explosive and said he's impressed with the safety.

He's impressed with the defense's resiliency. He said it's encouraging to see them fight back after slow starts.

Next up is Daylan Carnell.

He said he's been locking in and playing fast and that's why he is making an impact.

He said it's not that hard to come back from the loss because there were a lot of positives to take away.

He said it's really fun to play on this defense knowing this team is getting better.

He thinks the STAR suits him. Being in the box but covering when he has too.

Next up is Dameon Wilson.

He said he's learned a lot from Chad Bailey.

He said he prepared for his number to be called.

He said the mindset of defense vs UGA is to build off last week and their disruption last week.

He said they do a lot of motions but nothing

He said he's learning to be the MIKE LB (has to call the plays and get people set defensively) and is progressively getting better at it.

Next up is Joe Charlelston.

He said tackling early on helps get them in a better rhythm early on.

He said its really fun playing on this defense and that their confidence in the scheme has gone up.

Joe said he loves the scheme because it helps him play free and fast.

He said UGA is really good team and thinks there isn't anything they don't do well but that the Tigers are ready for the challenge.

He said he isn't taking this week differently than he's taken any other week.

He said down 14-0 the team didn't seem defeated.

He said Daylan Carnell is naturally gifted and that he doesn't need to tell him much because he already is confident and is playing well.

Next up is Kristian Williams.

He said it starts with practice and that's why they were able to hold Auburn's run game down. Because they worked on it in practice.

He said everyone was playing together and that they executed their job which led to six straight AUB punts.

He said it's a blessing knowing LB core will help clean up anything d-line doesn't do up front.

He said he's putting more emphasis on things and has trusted the process and details since he's come to MIZ.

He said "who wouldn't want the opportunity to play No.1 team." He said they have to trust the process and rise up to the occasion.
