2) He's not going to get fired, but all of your doubts and criticism of Dennis Gates are warranted at this point. There's no possible defense of this season. And if you are convinced it gets fixed next year, you're operating on blind faith. Which is certainly your right and it could be rewarded. But nobody should be made to feel bad for any criticisms they have.
