Doyle Resigns
I can't help but think that this hurts UM credibility with players moving forward. Sure, in 2-3 years this will blow over but Meyers had a huge stubble out of the blocks as an NFL coach. If he doesn't win, many will point to the lack of talent he and the GM failed to obtain because some of the higher caliber players don't want to play for him.
Granted, money talks and some of his Ohio connections will get him some measure of talent but the Doyle debacle will hang around his neck for some time.
