I would start with reinstating Dr. Patrice Delafontaine. He was hired after exhaustive, and expensive search, which they actually did correcly, before Loftin drove him crazy, by meddling. Start by making wrongs right, and go from there. Dr. Delafontaine is a massive fund raiser, and can be a great ambassador for our University. The medical school would be in good hands, and then the next leaders can worry about other departments, including sports, etc. I would also turn Pinkel into a traveling road show, raising money, visiting upset donors. This is assuming the curators find a good leader.
