Mookie Cooper. Big catch after big catch at key times. But most importantly, his downfield blocking has been a game-changer. Wease doesn't have that TD without Mookie (and Luther) blocking like it actually matters downfield.

Love the fact that he came home, bought in, and is having fun this season.

Why I go with Cook is simply how much the internet hated on him. Everyone wished Cook or anybody else would be our QB this year.
Until after the K-St game.

The handful of off-mentioned heroes are mature. They’re putting the team first, trying to do what needs to be done to win. What makes it work is the role players are mature too. Jealousies aren’t getting in the way of productivity. Sacrifices are welcomed to achieve success. Cody Schrader’s selflessness demonstrated by his denial of the opportunity for a record seems to permeate the entire organization. In a lot of ways, they’re all unsung heroes. #MIZ

When I opened the thread I hoped you picked him for this exact reason. His block was huge. He mauled that dude. Luther’s block was more or less just being present (but still a good block).

I hope Mookie comes back. That edge blocking is about buy in but it’s a massive unsung edge for Cody.

So agree.

SCT, this young man is the quintessential picture of how you CAN go home. His growth is amazing and has been THE UNSUNG HERO.

Peeps can argue, but the Internet suggested others are getting their dues (which is momma frickin’ awesome, btw!!)
