So, I got more clarification on “medical scholarship” and what it means for linebacker Xavier Simmons and wide receiver Chance Luper.
Both of these players are medically disqualified at Missouri. Their education will be paid for but they’re not suiting up for Mizzou again.
Now, they could go elsewhere and get cleared by another team.
But doesn’t appear to be the case at Mizzou for Simmons and Luper, unfortunately.
