I have always had great luck getting some awesome advice and ideas on here, so here goes again.
I am traveling for a short 4-day road trip with 4 other HS/college friends as we reenact a similar trip from 50 years ago when we went out West to the Cheyenne Rodeo and into the Denver area afterwards. Last time we spent a week...but this time only 4 days and we are skipping Yellowstone.
We are traveling out through Nebraska and staying at an Airbnb in West Platte, NE the first night, going to the Rodeo in Cheynne the next day, then into Colorado (taking an open-air train ride through the Rockies in Georgetown), and coming back through (gasp) kansas and staying at an Airbnb Lodge in New Cambria, ks the last night.
Looking for other MUST SEE & DO things in or near Georgetown & Denver. Just FYI... are traveling together in a Suburban and one guy in our party has really limited mobility.
