A source has confirmed two more visitors who are supposed to hit town tomorrow.
Strickland was a four-star center in the Class of 2021 out of Sugar Land, TX. He redshirted in 2021, played two games in 2022 and seven in 2023 before hitting the portal. He was named A&M's most improved offensive player in spring football this past year. He has tweeted offers from LSU, Arkansas, Houston, Baylor, Maryland, Louisville, USC, Arizona State, SMU, Vanderbilt, Tennessee, Boston College, Illinois, Colorado State, UTSA and Cal since hitting the portal.
Mizzou (I assume not coincidentally) has offered his brother a preferred walk-on spot for the 2024 class.
Arkansas, TCU, Kansas, Vandy and Houston have also offered a PWO spot. There's a third brother, Thomasson, who is a 6-2, 225-pound linebacker in the Class of 2026.
Smith came out of high school listed as a 6-6, 225-pound defensive end. He is now listed as a 6-5, 240-pound outside linebacker. He was the No. 159 overall prospect in the Class of 2022. Smith played on special teams as a freshman, but was injured in the first part of 2023 and fell out of favor in Athens this year. At this point, I've seen nothing indicating who else is involved in his recruitment and can't even find a Twitter profile for him. We'll do our best to chase something down.
Those two join the two visitors we already had confirmed
