Yes I thought we sucked, yes I think the play calling is atrocious, yes I am drunk. One question I have though is why don’t we LOOK like an SEC team. We can all talk about play calling and this and that. I think we have talent on this roster at a lot of positions. My big question is why aren’t we turning these high level recruits and even the transfers into monsters? Tollison got bullied and looked small, we have seen the threads about Jernigan’s weight. To be frank we don’t have that “off the bus” guy. We are a smaller team and I just wonder who the blame is on. We aren’t bringing in talent and putting weight/strength on them in a meaningful way. Being from Oklahoma (I hate OU more than anyone) Jerry Schmidt (OU S&C coach) turns those guys into monsters their freshman year. What are we lacking? I’m not calling for the S&C coaches job or anything, just looking for an open discussion. This being my first post I hope it’s not in the wrong place or am I looking for a fight. Just wondering if anyone notices this the way I do.
