Mizzoucobra's early dinner menu

Chicken quarters:
--1/2 traditional BBQ
--1/2 lemongrass/garlic/butter
Smoked to 130. Finished over direct heat. Latter brined in Schnicklefritz.

Grilled corn. Very similar to the man @gquebbq 's recipe.

Grilled pineapple to go in a watermelon salad.

Cheesy potato casserole topped with corn flakes

Ice cream desert: crushed Oreos on top/bottom, two layers of vanilla, hot fudge and pecans in the middle in a baking dish.

Beer: Enough
