Could be a season defining stretch in the next 3 games coming up vs kU, Illinois and Seton Hall. kU is elite and this is the best Illinois team Brad’s had in several years. Seton Hall has played two power 5 teams (Iowa/USC) and lost both…that to me is absolutely a must win.
For me…I don’t see any way or how in this universe that missouri beats kU so then it comes down to a neutral site game in Stl vs the Illini. Need to be in that 19-20 win range to be on the fringe of the tournament and a neutral site W over a top 10-15 team (likely) would certainly help. Finish 9-4 in non-con with the JSU loss and it’s an uphill battle. Finish 10-3 with a big time win over Illinois and a 10-8 conf record probably gets you in. What say you?
