What the hell am I missing

With Will Levis? This guy sucks and yet the NFL scouts think he’s a no doubt first round pick? Anytime he plays any defense that is even mediocre, he gets embarrassed. Yet every time I read an article about top nfl qb prospects, he’s always mentioned.

Now granted, I think this NFL draft class for Qbs sucks. But I really don’t get the love for this clown. What am I missing?
