How did our roughing the passer penalty give them a first down at the 24 yard line? The LOS was inside the one yard line. I did not think a roughing the passer penalty was cumulative. It should have been a take the play situation or take the penalty, as far as I know. They gave them the yardage gained on the play, plus the 15 yard penalty. Am I out of my mind, did we just get screwed?
