The President’s minions were all over the place claiming Dementia Joe’s tireless effort had reduced the price of gasoline over the last month by 50 cents. He is the tall hero in the white hat that brilliantly lowered the price, even though his policies did not in any way contribute to raising them.
When asked exactly what great policy was responsible for this Biden free fall in gas prices, all they could point to was draining our strategic oil reserves to the lowest level in decades, not at all what they are designed for. He’s been draining them much longer than the last month that prices have fallen about 50 cents from the 5.00 top.
Experts point to China slowdown and a looming recession here and in Europe for the drop in crude prices. They also warn that if supply tightens more as it quite likely will when they try to dictate how much Russia can sell its oil for and winter weather increases need for oil and natural gas that crude is likely to test or exceed that seen last month.

The White House is denying the use of a double standard when it comes to gas prices, having previously dodged responsibility for their rise and now taking full credit for their drop.
