I like what I do as a business analyst. It is a fit for my personality as I'm a natural process improver, organizer, relationship builder, desire to constantly learn, etc. I've been in the workforce for close to 8 years now and got lucky to find a great company for my first employer. I realize one employer in your first 8 years is a rarity, but I hear it enough from friends and their experiences to know I have it good. Good isn't always great though. I do wonder what else is out there from time to time. I'm not a content person by nature and want to make sure I don't settle and become complacent.
