thats probably just as important as the hire itself. thinking we're gonna find another GP just like that is a wet dream.
i would look around at assistants that have been hot and coveted by big boy programs. they will have connections and could bring the others along they have worked with in the past. im thinking the DC at bama would be a possibility.
