I've been watching since the 90s (when I moved to KC).
I'm either going with the standard of Gates ribs or maybe Brisket.
Then again, I could get some samples from Wolfpack BBQ. Or maybe I'll grab a 1/2 BBQ chicken from Smokehouse BBQ.
The possibilities are endless and watching the draft is a tradition from hanging with my boys over in Columbia.
