i know there have been a few jokes about this or that place offering "wingo's" as some kind of NIL inducement. but legitimate question...my place is just down the street from SLUH, and I am genuinely interested in doing something like this. we have some of the best fried chicken out there, and we could put together a special - StL Hot style fried chicken wings - with a portion of proceeds going to his or a fund. not entirely sure how this gets setup or who i could speak to about creating an offering. if anyone out there has a suggestion, i am all ears. hopefully not too late on the wing front, we would be a great fit.
