I think most are afraid of it and i would be a little bit worries a out the transition to the system but i think it absolutely would work long term.
The Ravens are a fantastic example of a similar type run heavy offense. Everyone has become so pass heavy they are seen as innovators. There arent many teams doing it anymore and i think its at the point where it would be an effective way to differentiate ourselves.
