Some good stuff here from Bill Connelly, who is in the process of doing these for all 130 teams. He argues that just because they’re losing Allen doesn’t mean they can’t be just as good in large part to them returning most of their pretty good defense. A couple of interesting names on their roster:

Raghib Ismail Jr: coming in as a WR from a juco. His dad was one of the most exciting guys I ever saw play college football
