Of course Lurch and Biden are happy. They hate fossil fuel and there constituency on the left want to ban the ICE. So they agree to restrict oil and gas more and increase solar and wind. China claims they will eventually limit coal usage and will produce more green products.
So, if dems continue in office they will indeed use this nonsense as an agreement to restrict further our economic power in oil and gas.
That will mean more purchases of inefficient solar and wind equipment from China who controls 80% of those products manufacture.
And the Chinese have 75% of rare earth minerals and battery production, will be far and away the leading producers of EVs and control costs of EVs made here.
China has never and will never keep any agreement that hinders them in any way. So they will keep on building a coal plant a week .
