Brendon Haygood announced on his Instagram Story on Monday that he will make his decision known at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, his 18th birthday.
Haygood is choosing between Missouri and Texas Tech, and his decision will be live streamed on Instagram: @hbrendnn.
