We may want to check out Marcus Arroyo from Oregon. He is an OC and QB coach that has some time coaching in the NFL. He also happens to be lead recruiter for Tyler Shough which means he is willing and able to recruit. Doesn't have a lot of roots in the midwest but would bring some west coast diversity to the coaching and recruiting staff.
