The Razorbacks have been impressive so far. Their schedule hasn't been overly impressive but Musselman seems to be pulling a bit of a Frank Haith taking over a Mike Anderson team.
They've not played a difficult schedule but the win over a decent Indiana team in Bloomington was impressive.
Similar to what Haith did in year one at Mizzou, they are playing with a very short bench. It appears that it's primarily a 6 man rotation with two other guys getting a few minutes a game. Not only is the bench short, the team is short. Their 6 main guys are all under 6-6 so it's basically an all guards lineup for most of the game.
Despite this size advantage they have played outstanding defense by holding teams to a 22% three point shooting clip and forcing turnovers at a higher rate than CMA ever did while he was with Arkansas (doubt that will last).
Lots of discussion about how the players are responding to actually scouting the other team. That sounds familiar.
