Biden talking tough saying he is not going to hold back. LOL I bet Putin is shaking in his boots at the thought of sitting across from this bumbling, brain dead fool. Maybe Biden will studder some sense to him. My sense is that Biden and Putin will both make statements about how tough Biden was but later we will find out that Putin got whatever he wanted in exchange for pretending that Biden was tough.
