Italy saw largest number of new cases since May, 642 new cases.
Spain over 2K. France over 2K. Germany 1500.

Parts of Europe experienced a heat wave this week and it could not come at a worse time for the COVID. As people head in doors for AC, the conditions are better fro spread.

South Korea had over 250 new cases yesterday, largest spike since spring. Cases are tied to a church again.

NZ has Auckland lockdown and delayed election and increase guard patrols on quarantine hotels with massive fines for those who don't obey.

Australia had a lock down for Victoria Province.

It will be interesting to Belarus, South Korea and a few others over the next few weeks as both experienced massive protests this past week.

I don't see this as a second wave for Europe yet as the weather is still really nice. I wouldn't expect a second wave until later the fall, maybe November. But it goes to show you that no one is out of the woods yet, except maybe China and Taiwan.

8.20: France with 5K new cases today. Italy with 840 new cases today.
