Wouldn’t the best thing to do is have college kids just be normal but ask them all to quarantine together in the college bubble until Thanksgiving? Let them all get Covid and recover, aiding progress to herd.
Anybody in the college town that saw a college kid would assume they had the covid cooties and stay away from any kid that broke the bubble.
