If this number is right... less than .5% of active cases(identified) are in the serious or critical stage, then what is going on?
Dismissing for the moment the high likelihood that reported cases are much less than actual ones, 5x, 10x even 100x less...
...which would drop that rate even further, maybe MUCH further, what explains this? Is the data bad?
