He has narrowly escaped being fired the last two years and with a new president and AD at USC it is really a matter of time. He has not been great at USC but would be an upgrade from Odom. He grew up in Florida, and coached in Memphis and Houston, so maybe he has recruiting ties to the area. I believe he is making around 3.8 million. Offer him similar money and with the lower cost if living it would be a net raise.
