Sorry if this was buried in another thread but if so I missed it: with the added responsibilities of head football coaches at these big Power 5 jobs shouldn’t Drink have a role (I’d argue maybe the main role) in picking the AD? Times are different now and never has there been asked more of an head football coach. Andy Reid picked Veach. Pete Carroll picked Schneider.
