Which teams will be the hardest to face in 2024?

ESPN's computer model, the Football Power Index, has projected the country's 10 most dominant teams for the 2024 regular season. There are little surprises:

1. Georgia
2. Oregon
3. Texas
4. Ohio State
5. Alabama
6. Penn State
7. Notre Dame
8. Oklahoma
9. Tennessee
10. Missouri

It's a Big Ten and SEC-dominated list, which shouldn't come as much of a surprise, given where the two conferences are at heading into the 2024 regular season.
