We are in the SEC we need top quality people in our organization. Paying for top talent in college sports normally has a tremendous payback. Our AD left for a tremendous raise. Are we not willing to pay for quality? If not, what are we doing in the SEC? It is obvious we do not have the respect of the conference. No wonder, look at our major sports teams last year. So, where do we stand, where should we stand and does the future look bleak?
